lost my metal fuel cap.....
have no fuel in car.....

anyone else stupid enough to have done this?

need 2 get 2 work 2morrow but just woundering if can remove cap without breakin it?

dont have another one 2 put bak on

fook. i think you'll have to drill. but speak to people who know what they're doin first. don't think you'll get a useful answer off here.
try a locksmiths: fuel caps aren't that difficult to pick are they? get one that does a no win, no fee arrangement.

dont think you'll be able to use it again.

i reckon a screwdriver in the lock should do the trick

Fuel cap locks are the same as padlock locks, can do them with a swiss army knife or a screwdriver used for repairing glasses.

just stick a flathead screw driver in there grab the cap and hold it still but turn the lock untill it gives , the u can still use it but it wont lock thats wot i had to do on mine about 2 months ago...............still like it now lmao :lol:

if you really can't be arsed bang a screwdriver into the keyhole(one that has a hexagon or whatever it is, to put a spanner on) then turn it, if your lucky you might be able to lock it, just turn it the other way
