I am selling the C20XE that I was going to use in my Nova. I've abandoned the project now so it's for sale.
I originally bought it from MIG a while ago. It was for sale at ?175, reason being that it was literally just the engine.
It was from a Cavalier GSi. At the moment I've got the engine minus gearbox (have flywheel), I managed to get the whole wiring loom from the cavalier, I've also picked up an airflow sensor which I didn't originally have.
I was assured that the engine was a fine runner when I bought it although I never heard it running myself. I have a written receipt from the previous owner so there's no worries about telling the DVLA where it came from if you want to register it in another car.
Basically you will need a gearbox and ECU to get it running. I've got the oil cooler and a few other bits and bobs for it as well.
The engine is very clean itself, I will post a picture when I get to work.
All I'm asking for it is what I paid for it - ?175.
Buyer must collect though.
