oops... red light

got a letter from police today saying that i failed to stop at a red light it said..that the amber light was on for 3 seconds and the red for 1.5 i have a clean licence but have only been driving since may whats the most likely 3 points?

it would have been a red light camera same as a gatso but they monitor red light runners. Unfortunately its 3-6 points :(

i thought i got one a while back cos it flashed me when i went through on green. The guy on the bike behide me didnt make it so it flashed because of him but ive not heard anything about it.

i think its usually three points and a fine depending on the mood they are in.
