what can i do to my 1.2?

hi guys what can i put on my 1.2 to make it a bit quicker. im having an induction kit and a back box for christmas but dont know what else to have? ive heard you can out a 1.6 carb on???

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

induction kit?!?... u can only fit an induction kit to a injection engine! urs is a carb'd engine!

and 1.6's didnt have carb's so i dont know what ur on about lol

i would fit

1.3/4 SR 4-2-1 exhaust manifold!
1.3/4 SR carb (pierburg2e3)
1.4SR camshaft

those mods should see u getting close to the power of an SR! :P

hi m8. see told u i havnt got a clue! anyway i might see what i can get from the scrappy. see if any of those parts are available.

also look in mk2 1.4 astra as they were the same engine as the 1.4sr nova which means ull get it cheaper from an old mk2 astra than say a sporty nova most scrappys are like this coz they dont no there stuff
