carriage bar fixing??

got a gsi front bumper delivered a few days back without a carriage bar on it.

i still have the old carraige bar from my sr bumper and was just wondering what the best way to attach this to my gsi bumper would be?

(plastic grips that hold on gsi carriage bar have been damaged due to it being removed)

they will still hold it just wack it on (leave the bar on the car)
