Coil over: VI vs VII

Hi everyone!
This is my first participation in this forum.
The first thing i would like to discuss with you is about choosing between 2 K&W coil over.
Im sure you all know the diferences between them. Now mantaining a compromise between hard enough but not a track car would a VI version be good enough?

Its very simple. K&W its the company that produces the coil.
VI - height tuning
VII - Height and hardness tuning.

I jst don wanna get the VI and then find out i would need it harder.
I hoppe someone had tried this kind of suspension before and help me out.

VI as you call it will be fine, unless ur going to be driving on various terain (spelling) meansing u will need to adjust the damping setting etc?

if the VI isn't hard enough then buy a harder spring. :D
