Are there any little bits you can do to the engine to boost it up a bit i.e manifolds and things like that?

Im not looking to lay down no land speed records but i want to keep my insurnce low while i still have 3 points

decent air filter - either green bolt on or corsa spi top box and filter for that

could put a 1.4sr cam in there if u wanted to and possibly fit a 1.4spi injector to help things along

aragorn's pretty much covered the lot really, best bet would be to get the head and carb from a 1.2 carb nova and put that on then you have a few more tuning options, but if you want to keep injection go with aragorns method

gsi exhaust manifold fits 1.2 i think. t.v did a little feature a few months ago. go scrappy and just get whole gsi system. seems to give a bit of improvement.

make sure the gsi manifold has a lamda probe hole inin other wise you'd have to drill one in and weld the probe in
