hmmm. was given a list of jobs to do at work, so started them. 5 mins later manager comes back and says need a word. so go into conference room and all the directors are in there. take a seat. they just said I wasnt suitable for the job and would be paid a months unworked wages. and did i have anything else to say. so i said ye why am i not suitable, the reply was we just dont think you are. so was escorted off site (due mto my ability to take down there entire network lol)

Disgruntled Employee's are always gonna be the first place that is looked when the crash is investigated mate - i wouldnt do it if i were you. Then again, i might do.

What is your contract like? Does it have a clause abtoua trial period and being able to terminate your employment at any given time for no good reason? If not - you might wanna seek legal action because it seems to me they are being downright unfair. You left a perfectly good job to work for them and did good work, they should have to tell you why they are sacking you.

says until end of my trial period (tomorrow) they dont have to give me any notice. thing is there paying me 5 weeks wages for me to sit at home, which they dont haveto do as i dont have proper contract yet. so costing them ?1400+ for me to sit at home :P

place i was working part time last year doing IT Support run by a mate of mine decided they had to downsize and drop part of the business as it was losing them money - so they did leaving me with no work all of a sudden.

Could be that their operation is bigger but still struggling a bit.
