This might sound a bit stupid but if i was to buy front and rear nova gsi bumpers of someone of here, or for that matter any nova bumpers, will they come with the metal inside bit or just the plastic bumper and nowt inside for fixing it on?

The only way to be sure is to ask the person you are buting them from.

chances are they'd come with the bar to fit it (if bought second hand). if you buy new copies from companies these tend to have no fitting kits included
