rubber clio splitter !!!

ive just got my hands on a clio sport 172 splitter from the local renault specialist for a tenner !!! well happy

anyway just wondering what is the best way to fit it ??
am i best to self tap it to the bumper and then tiger seal for extra strength ??

i fitted my laguna 1 with 6mm nuts and bolts so ur way should be sufficiant
