got home last night from anothers years rally GB. and man am i tired!! but worth it.
Its getting dearer every year with this shite pass system. we got an event pass (2 or 3 stages each day) and still ended up paying into 2 stages as the prepayed ones could not be made to.
Excellent buzz in the forrests as always. sad to see Tommi and McRae head off after wards. but im sure McRae will be back soon enough and Tommi will be doing selected events no doubt.
I'm delighted for Petter, he is the most genuine happy and friendly driver of them all. I have met most of the drivers over the years and met petter last year. he was very friendly and well up for letting us get photos with him.
Last years we got to the WRC bash in Creation in Cardiff but couldn't get in this year!! went to "Jumpin Jaks" that night instead. was just gettin going when the bar closed at 12.30 and we were out after 1. what a shite setup!! whats the story there? is that a normal thing for a sunday night?

Ben sorry i couldn't get back to ya. we were to fucked to go out much and the one night we got out was a last minute thing. were ya in Cardiff?

i had free tickets to the special on thursday, but it would have cost me about ?150 in other losses lol so i didnt go.

anyway having seen the WRC a couple of times and other rallies, ill stick to C4 and Eurosports coverage as its warmer in my house lmao

Ben and Will i was nearly expecting to bump into you both for some reason!! especially when out sunday night as there was feck all places open.

where at the super special were you Will? I came in the gate and went left around to near the little jumps just before the tight right in front of the stand.

cambridge you lightweight

We go to Rally GB every year for last 4 years and hopefully next year will take in a few more rounds. pricing Monte Carlo at the moment. and we badly want to see a tarmac event next year as tarmac rallying is what we all grew up with....its most common type in Eire

i was at this years event.

chased the whole thing in a grey 4dr nova saloon which i bought week before, lowered it, fitted alloys and went.

was nice and local for me, being as i live in the middle of it all

Local for me too! a whopping 15 miles!!

Brian: I was just to the left of the entrance- on the right hander after the bridge.
Cardiff is usually a hoot on a Thursdy, cos all the students are about.
