My Sri's engine sounds like a typewriter. Whats Up?

Some more detail would be a bit helpful, I'll hazard a guess and say that the exhaust manifold / gasket is blowing.

lol - by "typewriter" do u mean tapping loudly

first step would be to check the oil level and condition

if its low fill it and see what happens

if its boggin change it, run some flush thru first tho to clear it out a bit
