F20 box on an SRi engine

I know it would probably make my standard SRi slower on accleration (cheers for the warning epo!) but would fitting some better cams make much difference? How much slower would accleration be when an F20 box is fitted? Anyone actually done this??

your prolly need a custom clutch plate and possibly even custom driveshafts or at least some mk2 cav inners on gte shafts

the ratios are the same as an f13CR with a stupidly long final drive so it will prolly be worse than the original box in every way once u factor in the extra drive train losses from the larger box n stuff too

so unless your running a hefty powered turbo 1.6 or summat i'd stick with the f13 or maybe fit an f15 from a corsa gsi since they are similar
