to be honest if you really can't do it yourself (not too hard at all) a garage will probably do it for ?40 cash

The rear is easy enough to do by yourself! u need 2 jacks, jack up the car OFF the rear beam(preferably on the jack points) undo the shock absorber bolts at the bottom, and then pull the beam down. pull springs out, put new springs in, push up the rear beam, and re-fit the shock bolts! the rear is quite easy, but u need 2 jacks
Id suggest takin the fronts to a garage if youve never used spring compressors before! the spring can slip and can be VERY dangerous!

springs r piss to fit. It took me and a mate under 2 hours, first time we'd ever slammed a car before.

seriously tho a garage will prob do it for a tenner a corner if u dont want to yourself allthough its very easy TBH

get a haynes manual it tell u in there how to do them mate, nice and easy aswell did mine, and they aint fallen off yet lol
