Whe i passed my test i sat on the phone getting loads of quotes and then my dad found the best one paid deposit organised direct debit and i was out the door leaving the dust behind

if she had read your 1st post she would realise, ant is insured, and TBH id drive it, depends wot the plod are like, but ur going to back date when u pay your tax to the 1st of the month neway so it wont be liking driving untaxed, all depends on your local police TBH

Aint you got access to a fax machine at work or somewhere?? Could ask them to fax a copy to you cause of the postal strikes. Thats what i usually do.

Got to watch out with fax copies though, some places won't accept them. I know a guy who lost his taxi business because his insurance company kept on sending him fax copies every time he asked for his cover note (or at least that's what he said anyway)
