8 valve to a 16 valve

i have a 1.4i 8 valve nova and was wondering would it be possibe to change it to a 16 valve, cand i just take the haed of an older nova?? n how much would it cost?

best bet would be get a whole motor from a corsa if you are after a small capacity valver
