rear windows

any idea wot the best way to replace the rear windows in my 3door nova is. i have got hold of some tinted ones and dont wanna scratch em putting them in.
any infomation would be a big help,

remove old ones, screwdriver behind seal get metal bit of, ease out window, hard to explain, i just know how... :evil:

Then put tinted window into seal, wrap string round the seal into the groove, cross it over, leave enough to pull string, sit inside car, position window into placeget mate to push window in start from edge, push windo while u pull string, so it slowly and carefully all the way round. until the string crosses then put seal back over the top.

just like doing a normal window swap.
