help with camshaft

i have a nova 1.3sr and the cam has gone will it make any difference if i put a cam in of a 1.2?

It would prob allow less fuel into the cylinders, if you need to put in another cam i recon you should put in a performance cam from piper or kent cams. If not try get cam off 1.4sr or even a GSi or GTE.

the 1.4sr cam is slightly better than the gte,gsi, but you will find some gte/gsi cams without a fuel pump lobe... which u need..
