ive just fitted my new brakes, astra gte front vented disks,grooved and drilled, and astra rear beam,with drilled vented disks on there. fuck me does it stop.its got race spec carbon pads,which arent that good at first but once theve warmed up!!!
it wernt all fun though, finished fitting it all,bled em all but 1,and guess what happened?!?
the friken bleed valve sheared off on the last one.luckily i had a spare caliper on my astra,but do u think i could get it off,hell no it took me 1 & half hours to get it off,by then it was dark and cold, and i had to get it fitted as i had work in mornin.
ive took em back of now though, preparing for spary job :) its really comin on now,allthough i have lack of money now,a stinkin tenner to last till fri :(
