New Rota arm and new battery = stalling??

Just had new rota arm in dizzy cap put on as the resister on old one blew up. and put a brand new battery in. Car keeps stalling. would rotating the dizzy cap make any difference as the RAC bloke just put it on without any presision??????

you got the HT leads in the right place?

Wats HT lead n where is it?
I think its the ECU resetting itself and the idle control vavle, gonna look at it tonight.
