Hey all.
I came back home on thurs to put in bottom end. Specs are in my section but no pics yet. Itsa all finished apart from a mystery oil leak that i'm gonna have a go at tomo.
I'm gonna run it in then get it R/r then go up to Pod as i live near Aylesbury so it ain't far.
It feels a fair bit more powerful especially in 5th but there is less power at around 2000-2700. Prob cam/carb indifference.
The only down side is that it idles rougher than a badgers arse, and its set to 1800rpm but cuts out a lot. I've got ignition timing and mixture set up properly, i think its the cam not liking the Pierburg. Hopefully R/R session will help it.
What bhp do you think i'll be getting as my spec sheet?
i'm hoping around 80-85.
