yup they are if its a GTE interior u can feel them in the top of seats

you will need to buy some astra belmont grommets from vauxhall, about ?8 each, or you could just go down a scrappy!

there are 2 types - ones longer than the other. IIRC the belmont ones are the shorter of the two.

Theres a guyide at www.nova-land.com i think. Pish easy to do - 5 minute job.
