After a mishap with a pot hole, booked my car in the bodyshop to have back bumper re-paired and re-sprayed.
While it's there decided to get the tailgate flushed and the numberplate recessed into the bumper, just above the cut out for the exhaust. STILL not sure about it, as i think it might mess up the 'balance' of the rear, since there's a great big spoiler at the top, and a center exit zaust coming through the bumper at the rear (with meshed cut out going accrosss - fusion rear. aii it's crap. lol), so might end up not having it done at the last minute. lol
Oh, and some thieving toerag nicked the blanking plate thingy at the side of the rear spoiler, so i've decided to remove the upper center section, have a copy made out of polished/chromed alloy and fitted in place of the fiberglass one, and i'll have the sides fiberglassed and smoothed etc, so it looks smoother and center can't be removed (nicked).
Started gathering things needed for a 2 litre 16 valve conversion now too, which i'll prob get round to doing in January.
Had enough of my nova now, and want something else, but i'm thinking ''done all this, so might as well do A BIT more'' before i sell it. Can't decide what to get next anyway.
At the moment i'm thinking Jag XJR, full leather, TV's, tints, smoothed all round,and full respray in some pimpin' colour and get hydrolics, on 20's. But it might just be a waste of time and money, and i might just get something like the new Mini S or Landrover Discovery. Ah, fuck knows.
But i'll play about with my plastic car for a bit longer i think.
