My windows were a right pain in the arse until a couple of days ago. I used to av 2 push em down wiv my hand. thought i would need to do something wiv the motor or summut.
But the trick is to put ur both windows down and spray a load of decent furniture polish into the window seal thingy. This will make ur windows ace. well it worked 4 me anyway. And the polish will not get all over the actual window either.

or use rubber lubricant which is designed for this very type of job

ya its a simple thing to give them a squirt of something but it does mean the difference between dragging the window up and down or the sliders doing their job!
