Heard from my solicitor and he;s spoken to the womans insurance company and she's never told them about the accident so they have to find out why she never told them, so it's gonna take even longer!

a fit girl and her mate went into the back of me and i was well mad until i got out the car and saw how fit she was, took her number and went round to her house for a cup of tea i got quotes from local garages totaling about 800 quid, i said my dad could do it for 300 so i settled for that, if it was any1 else it would of been whiplash..
ive been down that road when i got whiplash before i only got 200 quid and i did really get whiplash... :evil: :twisted: :evil:

failing to report an accident is an offence, I believe, perhaps you should pop along the the local police station, and have a word with one of those lovely bobbies, its amazing how a visit from a bloke with a tit shaped hat loosens bowels and sorts insurance problems.
