andybishop
27-10-03, 03:26 PM
If your after the Manta 400 mirror give Roy.fellingham@virgin.net a mail, he got in touch with me to advertise the mirror's through www.novalution.co.uk he also sell's some mounting plates for them, Here's the page for the mirrors. Small pictures are not working at the moment, but if you click on them the bigger pictures work :- http://www.novalution.co.uk/mirrors.htm

do you have to make your own baseplates for the mirrors?

yeah you need something to the trriangle left where the old base plate was, the mirror is screwed to the actual door through the base plate.

Really like it mate, one of my favorites on this site.

Nice to see another one with the manta mirrors, only mirrors that suit the nova imo.

I made my own base plates in carbon sheet, but i have been told you can use the plastic interior plates that mount behind the standard nova mirror.

 theres an idea. i was thinking of modding the baseplates of the m3's i have at the moment.

(sent an email to the guy yesterday about the mirrors, no reply yet :( )

Keith

I'll change it sometime, I spent ages looking for a silver GSi as I'd only seen one or two previously, I finally got one then every other car I see on the roads now is a silver one!!!
I'm going for a '93 black one next, Everytime I see a metallic black GSi I wish I'd of got one instead of a silver one.
I've got a idea of what it'll look like when I've added a few bit's n bobs to it, nothing outrageous but you know what to expect from me.

I do like those mirrors and are the only ones i would consider.
