k tok the beast of the road to do some work smothing and such gt it on the garden wraped in tarpooling but she stinks of petral when i lift the pooling of think i may have a leeky tank cos thees a damp patch under the tank and my fuel gauge reads full all the time so ok
1.do i need a new tank
2.will this be costly
3.will this fix my gauge problem
4.can i do it myself

i dont know much about this question but if i wer u id get under the back and feel all around the tank for a wet patch. tanks are about ?27 from tms motorspares. i have one sare but im keeping it just incase as i have done with a bonnet and wings,i need them now as i crashed the car. dunno if it will fix the gauge and u could probably do ityourself but ud hav to havethe tank empty 1st
