Exhaust Manifolds, can ya still buy em?

Right then, My exhaust manifold on my 1.3SR is blowing, Can you still buy them new, if so how much are they?
I have seen a Sportex 4-1 manilfold for ?92 would that be a better investment than fitting a new standard manifold? Would the Sportex one fit the standard system?

right well after all the advice i was given in this post :lol: i decided to buy the sportex manifold, will i get a big performance difference or will it not be noticable?

in demon tweeks motor sport they have build your own manifold but you need a welder, just for future reference
