Just to check, if some alloys have 195/55/15 fitted are they 15"?

The alloy it self is 15, then the tyre

195 refers to the width of the tyre/wheel in millimetres.
50 refers to the height of the tyre wall (as viewed from the side of the car) in millimetres.
15 refers to the diameter of the wheel.

Sorry people always say that but it is actually the % of the width as you can find lorry tyres with "50" depth tyres that are nigh on 5"thick.

no you didnt i know because my wheels are tool big they are 195/55/15's i think and i need 195/50/15's or 45/15's to avoid any catching not that they do with just me and keith in anyways

Pay the extra ?5 a tyre and go for 195/45/15"s they look much better and will give you the extra 5% comort zone if you become pregnant :lol:
