Digi Dash???

Guys,

I have fitted digi clocks in my mk2 dash, however the damn thing doesn't want to sit flush. i have bent the metal strips as instructed but still it doesnt sit all the way in. Any ideas????

this is very much trial and error it took be awhile to get it to sit flush i actually had to hit the metal strips with a hammer to get enough clearence just keep at it you'll get it eventually

right bend them metal straps like 10mm or so then for them gold clips (where the screws go in) snap them fuckers out prise the surround out a bit carful here the dash should now sit flush pm me if yougot any qs
