twin headlamp kit for mk1 novas

am i right in saying that if i wanted a mk1 kit on my mk2 nova all i would av to do is buy a pair of mk1 front wings or wud i need to change anything else cos the mk2 kit looks shite cheers guys :D

err, no... sorry to disagree but it depends on who makes the twin lamp kit... Both the irmscher ones have a protrusion at the grill where it slot's into the groove on the GTE bumper(directly above the no. plate!)..... If you want to fit the kit to a mk 2 bumer-wearing car, you'll either have to cut the bumper, cut the kit (!) or have an unsightly gap...

The morette one looks shite so don't even get started with that one!!!!

sorry ste i mean the non-I one... as fitted to Sanjay Dave's black nova eaons ago... we tried it on my old GSI and it wasn't righht...
