Right rally tommorow at Pembrey race track in south west Wales...Myself and Bigruss are both competeing and I know we have a few Novalaod members coming to watch... :D

The rally car is now fully ready, new gearbox in and everything checked..

It's going to be a good day....AND the weather forecast so far is DRY :o Unheard of a Pembrey, so this should be fun!

lmao I didn't no, mainly because I had no idea what you looked like. Was standing there nosing at your car though, and my mate did go up to someone in red who had their head in it and said "excuse me" to see who it was lol. but they didn't hear lol, but by this time we were in hysterics (for no apparent reason) :P I was standing up on the balcony bit at one point byt the 180 turn, you beeped anyway, whether you recognised me or not ;)

Our thanks to Cambridge for coming and saying hello, and for having his pic taken with the car..

The car was working well, the new gearbox and LSD have improved the speed considerably, but unfortunately half way through the day we suffered from overheating and brake problems, so decided to back off and make sure we finisg to take some more valuable championship points...The points we gained Sunday guarantee 3rd place and there is still a chance to move up on the last rally as we have played our Joker and will gain double points...Oh well, 24 starts and 24 finishes so far in this shell can't be bad..

Bigruss had a worse day I am afraid, as like MANY others on Sunday he had a disagreement with the road and err 'left' it, promptly flipping his freshly prepared 1600 Nova onto it's roof, but glad to say that both he and his Co-driver were fine!! Athough there was quite a bit of damage, it seemed to be mostly confined to changeable panelwork and lights, so hopefully it will be back to it's good looking self soon!

As soon as the Album is cleared I will get a few of the pics I took up, one of us, one of Mr C and one of Bigruss's car..
