had the MoT done on Friday 17th.

got a call bout 3 hours later saying 'i'm sorry but the cars failed on....'

Rear fog light is out (replaced already)
Rear number plate light is out (fixed wire already)
front headlight is insecure (fixing later on tonight)
needs welding on chasie springs (whatever they are) under where battery sits, around engine mounts and around suspention mounts.

having it all done and fully serviced on tuesday (apparantly an all day job)

hopefully be ready for bristol meet.

the bitch is costing me ?300

Mine passed a MOT last week, it had no washer bottle, no horn, play in the front suspension rose joints, play in the steering rack and they cud not fit a jack under it so they found out about none of that! :lol: The only thing that almost stopped it passing a MOT was the cracked rear beam but the guy told me to park it up and not to use it till the beam was swopped so i said no problem, got home with it and stripped it down straight away. how the hell did you get a cracked rear beam???? mine didn't crack when I smashed into a wall sideways, it just bent!!! lol!

Youve got to have a ramp with a beam jack to do MOT's legally.
