In this months Max Power there is a white Nova 1.4sr. It looks nice and all that but when i was reading the tech spec I thought 'do they know anything?!!?!'
It had twin weber 40's, cam, filter and zorst and Max Power said it had 70bhp (when they are 72bhp standard?!?!) and a 0-60 time of 14.5 seconds!! (a standard 1.2 does it in a quicker time than that!)
And another thing...if ford owners etc think that nova's are wank and dated...how come nearly every issue there is a nova featured in most of the main magazines? And not all of them are turbo nutters bastards, they are just cleanly styled...for a 10+ year old ford to get in a magazine, it takes about ?10k and a 4.0 twin turbo 1000bhp engine (got carried away a bit there) nova's will get more popular by the year, which is good cos if gives more incentive to make yours unique...big up the nova boyz..!
