Cheap Bassy Sub + Amp

I got my speakers sorted now wit some 6*9's in shelf and Caliber 6.5 in front doors n it sound wicked but im looking to get a sub n amp for bout ?150 but I was wondaring can I get anything descent and loub for this money or will I be dissapointed ? + can anyone recommend any ?
Also I know this should be on the ICE form but I though I would get an answer quicker here

a good cheap way is with Longmill stuff. a 10" is about ?35 then an amp wont be too much either. its coming to the time of year when the new stuff comes out so this/last years stuff may be on sale!!

I bought a load of ICE the other day....I got a bandpass sub - 2x10" 250w SUBS with an enclosed box all carpeted, with a plastic screen and a mirrored inside - looks like something that cost tons!
My amp is a 300w Boschman amplifier is good quality stuff as well!
In total for both I paid 120 quid!!!
But go to Les Smith or Makro and get the stuff from there, its dirt cheap equipment, that is worth the money for the sub box alone!
Get this and you cannot go wrong, just wait for the cheap subs to blow, then replace them for Kickers or something.

Aye, wot me wud do is get a quality 12" sub (kenwood, pioneer, 65 quid!!) and a box for about 20 if u home make it or get a deal on a free ported carpeted box etc, then something like a 400w boss sound amp... shud be about 130ish all in... but pro plus have a new sub/box for 90 notes, looks fucking mint, it's in revs... nice box, phat rubber surround sub... mite try one meself :D
