lmfao it must be really annoying when your car falls onto a rolling orad and gives out figures like that lol.
yup not a bad visit at all, i did wonder if the car would be down abit as i have covered 8k in the car and it is driven as built not 50mph everywhere. so since may the carbs havent gone out of balance at all, just needed the mixture screws tweaking and a quick check with the timing resulting in 2 bhp more and abit more torque which i would put down to the time of year as it was alot warmer on my previous visit. It was also good as some of our members have only just used them which also added to the view of comparison between my previous visit and this one.
Ever since you got the car set up properly I've been impressed with it Dan. I'll be really chuffed if my car comes out with figures close to that.

PS: that line went w000000sh right over my head? what did u mean by it?
PPS: what rev range did Dans power die at ?
i think the comment was just regarding the fact that our specs are the same apart from i'm lightened and balanced. quite what you are going back for i would like to know as there isnt a massive amount you can do now unless you go for throttle bodies that would add a small amount.
here's my power graph, one power run was done and this was the result

as dan pointed out there aint much more to do!
300+ degree cam, solid lifters, jenveys and DTA might see a few more horses - dont think it would be anywhere near as friendly an engine to drive tho :P
