PLEASE HELP ME

i bought some mirrors and lowering springs, got the springs on a piece of piss but the mirrors what a nightmare so can anyone help me. they are standard mk 2 mirrors

Is it a MK1 or MK2 (Like that makes a difference)?

im trying to get my old ones off because i bought some colour coded ones and the plates on the inside are being fuckers to get off, ive cracked on already and i havnt even got it off

The covers on the inside of the door should just have little clips on which when given a little pressure just come off, if you've managed to break one then I've no idea how you managed it, mine have always come off quite easily.

got it sorted i was being a prick and tried using my key to get it off as i was rushed for time but i spent this morning doing it properly and it was a piece of piss apart from i snapped 2 of the litlle rods that move the mirror, one of my old mirrors and one of my new ones. anyway thanks for your help guys
