Fucking rear beams!

Just taken my car for a MOT and i found out what the squeeking noise was from the back of it, the rear beam has cracked and the rear brakes had made a bit for freedom! O well another new beam and some more jigarypoakery then! Rick

Well this afternoon i have stripped all the rear beam off, striped the beam down and sorted out another beam for the car, going to collect it one night this week and build another beam for on the nova :oops: The fucking joys. Rick

Its good that it was found at MOT rather than @ 100mph on the motorway!

I got my rear disc beam from a guy on here, forget his name. But the beam used was brand new and never fitted! So hopefully it'll last!

LOL thanks dave. My car is all stripped now and is looking sorry for itself again! Going to get this one sorted properly though! lol Also if you get chance can you look to see if you have any bits of carbon lay around for me to make my mirror plates from. Thanks Rick

Met you when i was getting the cage from Brett AGES ago too. lol
That was when you brought a load of colourcodes round for him to look at before his car was anywhere near completed yet. And you were still driving about in the 'rusty rocket'. lol

Was meant to buy the digi dash off you too (down know if you remember), but when i went down to see Laurence at TG to pick it up when you said you'll give it him to take into work ''tomorrow'', and he didn't have it on him because he ''left it in the back of his car, which [he] left at home'', so i got pissed off as it took me 40 minutes to walk down there and then had to walk back (another 40 minutes). Which is why i didnt bother going back for it. So, sorry about that. Hope you sold it to someone else.
