I Fitted my flush tailgate on saturday, im really pleased with its just....its a bit plain, any ideas people could come up with?? nothing ott just nice and subtle? i was thinking an irmsher (spelling?) badge bit i think thats been done before (CJ?) so any ideas would be great
ill get some pics up tonight when i get home

I thought that was the whole point of a flush tailgate? Try not to think of it as "plain" but "smooth" ;)

from a vinyl shop get a red griffin badge made up in vinyl. about 12" in diameter, and have about three quaters of it on the bottom right or left corner. not so its all on obviously, so it has two staraight edges and then a half moono kind thing if that make sense.

some guy had his nova in max power years ago, a wide arched purple job with that done, the griffin was in chrome, looked wicked fitted really well on the car

I dont like the plain look either. Yes, it is smooth. But also plain.
Fit a numberplate and recess. lol
What about chrome letters saying vauxhall, or Nova, but evenly spread out accross the whole width of the tailgate. Accross the center.

Erm, they sell that badge for about that price in Vauxhall from what I can remember. Take a trip to your local Vauxhall Garage and look at the badges they have on offer. They have irmsher ones at my vauxhall. There not as expensive as you think there going to be.

my local only seemed to have irmscher one's, not sure on the price tho, shouldnt think it would be more than a tenner each for a GSI badge??
