have just got a nova 1.2 with a 2.0l 16v under the bonnet. the car has only just had the converson done. i believe that the 1.2 did not have an anti roll bar fitted to it but sr gte did would like to know what i need to do to fit one and how much it cost for the converson kit to lower the anti roll bar and how much an antirollbar is. :D

what u have to do is buy conventional equipment and then buy a lowering bracket.

so u need to buy GTE or SR equipment. then use a lower bracket.

when i had mine up on the ramps i found out that rather than fit forementioned kit, they would just take the angleginder to the roll bar!!

umm theres a contrived debate about with or without an ARB.

i personally prefer to be without mie, i fitted one and the car was a bit skittish (some people like that). so i removed it again lol

I also prefer not to run a front antiroll bar, for me it was the best move i have made.

Does anyone find the antiroll bar still catches the manifold after it has already been lowered on a 2.0 16v?

The gsi arb at the front still fit's if it's a calibra downpipe, no spacers required.... Do you know what car the valver came out of???????

i don't run one at the front either... you get no roll with 60mm... with an arb when one wheel is upset the other does too

Not sure what car the engines from....Is there anyway of telling? The Manifold is a 4 straight into one....if that helps?
