just bought an astra sri for ?50 as the donor car for me nova ie engine transplant does anyone know wot i will need to do this conversion as in driveshafts etc etc etc if ya could list below i would be very grateful

well its basically the same as a 2.0 8v conversion - there are many guides around including one on www.valvers.com

having a browse thru technical should show up some hints too

the main things u will need is:

set of engine mounts from valvers.com to lower engine slightly
cavvy mk2 1.6 inner CV joints
nova GTE 22 spline driveshafts
some washers to space out the gearbox mounting
injection parts ie tank and pump if u dont have an injection model
