how do I put new antifreeze in coz I think my water is @ maximum so pouring more in is not an option. drain it?

Also, if i left my car on the drive for most of the winter with a cover over it, is there any problems with doing this :?:

help appreciated

its not just antifreeze its a rust inhibitor and lubricant too

i run about 40% antifreeze changed every year

its allmost as important as oil imo

just take the pipe off the bottom of the expansion bottle and let it piss out over the floor. you need at least 2litres of anitfreeze in there!!

take off bottom rad pipe
remove thermostat
then flush the system out with fresh water.
put pipes back on / thermostat back in
fill with 2+ litres of antifreeze and then water until full
bleed the system / keep topping up
then your sorted for another year ;)

so long as antifreeze in your coolant, and also screen wash to prevenmt your washer bottle freezing itll be fine 8)
