Nova 1.2 Head Refit

Hi,

Does anyone know the correct tightening sequence and torque settings for the cylinder head bolts on a 1.2 Nova. I have been looking everwhere but cannot seem to find this info. I know it will be in the Haynes but I am a bit reluctant to shell out ?15 for this info.

buy the fooking haynes manual, its full of torque settings, and other random shitte that you will need.
