what cam?

I have a 1.3 sr and i'm hopefully getting some twin 40's next week. just wondering what is the best cam to use with them, (fairly good throughout the range i mean). I havn't dont anything to the engine yet, just have a custom centre section and peco backbox. so would you advise getting an exhaust manifold aswel?!

cp is selling a full piper 285 kit. thats a mint deal, or maybe a kent ast2.

exhaust manifold will help the engine breathe better - the faster the air / petrol can get in (t40s) maybe consider a modified head?

and the faster you can get it out (exhaust system)

the better :D

as for cam you will want something quite mild if you still want low down torque.

but CPs cam or the KC AST2 is the way to go...... its the duration that does it not necessarily the high lift 8)
