A couple of my mates bought a fiat uno 900cc for ?40 a few moths ago. And suprise suprise like my escort its just sat there getting older and doin nothing.

After givin me mate a few beers to drive it back with no tax, no insurance etc. lol. Me and my mates decided to just go mental on the fucker, proper mental.

Basically:

It doesnt have to move, doesn't have to look any good, but its just gotta be different.

Any ideas that you come up with we will do and take a pic off, jus for a laugh.

For example, its already on a set of 15s, well one of the fuckers is on there. It is slammed to the deck, as low as it will go, no springs booted em out.

Were bodging on sum widearches out of wait for it: Cardboard and fibreglass.

Wer just gonna chop with ngle grinder bout square foot of metal off, then shape sum cardboard to be a mental widearch, glue it on and fibreglass and smooth the bastards on.

Were making a roof vent out of carboard and fibreglass, functional one, and a splitter for the front in the same way.

Were gonna ram in a VX220 vent to the bonnet.

And were gonna retrim sum Nova GTE seats in vinyl well try neway and weld them in.

Gonna either have a twin zorst in the middle scafolding pipe, or Big Bore 2 pokin out the side by the front wheel somewhere.

Any other ideas people have got??

Just coz were gonna go mental on this little fucker for a while coz were all bored at the moment. lol.

Oh and were getting a turbo from a series 2 escort rs on the free, nebody know if dis can be bodged on so it mite look so it will work.

Wen i say bodge, iv got welder no knowledge, but my mate who works for fords set it mite be dun.

So nebody like STE-SA, people like dat ne idea?

I think if you've got that much spare time on your hands you should use it for better purposes, like helping old ladies across the road or maybe becoming a blood donor? Ever though of making your own chutney and selling it at boot sales?

how about making the arches and other styling like spoiler out of that hard foam stuff u can get and sand it to shape, cardboard might get soaked by a small crack. just an idea. how about having a bonnet that stretches right down to the floor of the front bumper!

Im also likeing an idea of one of paint job, and the exhaust thru bonnet. that seems like a wicked idea....

And no i have not lost my mind/marbles, yes i am all still here, were jus getting bored off doing same mods week in week out to matres cars, so one off uno on the floor, here we come.

Im really thinkin bout dat bonnet idea and also dat exhaust idea.

Wot u lot think bout welding passenger door and smoothing it, and doing either lamvbo or suicide drivers door?

What about makin the doors either.....

A. Fold open from the top, being hinged to the sills.....
or
B. Open the wrong way round, being hinged on the B pillar?


Put some kind of tail fins on it, the kind off the type of cars in "Grease" (obviously the film)

paint it two-tone. Split the paint colours with a diaginol line across the car from the nearside headlight to the offside rear light.

Only thing is, does it have road tax/where you going to park it/keep it. AND how will you get rid of it later, since it sounds like you wont be able to drive it anywhere.

at the moment it is on da road no tax, but on thursday were starting to rent out a drive, mates one for score a month.

he didnt say open upwards - he said hinged at the sill - ie at the bottom, which would mean they open from teh top and fall away to the ground :D
