rear h.rest guides 4 conversion

i have been to vauxhall and they have stopped producing the recomended astra belmont r.hest guide for the nova r.headrest conversion.

Can anyone suggest what guide i can use instead of these to complete the coversion on to gsi rear seats.

any help is much appreciated

What guide is this? Cant you just poke holes in the back seats and put the plugs in?

i just poked holes and put head rests in!!

yeah, the holes are alread yin the seats but the guides are the plastic things that go in the hole and the metal stem goes in them, it allows you to alter the height of the headrest.
Next time you get in your car look at the headrests in the front, you will see what I Mean.
