It is no longer safe to buy things off certain people in the for sale section.
I recently purchased a grill or so i thought i did transfered funds to make the whole process quicker and did i recieve my purchase no.

Then i seen it advertised again! Same person i even asked someone to enquire about it and he said yip he has still got a white mk2 meshed grill for sale.

This has really pissed me off as it is the only thing i need atm to comlete the look i want for my car.

Have you kept all there emails? Reciept of the money you gave him?

Email him saying you have 7 days to send goods etc or you'll seek legal advice.

When I brought things off here I insisted that Goods & Funds were transfered on the same day.

When Neil Oakley decided to fuck me around I simply e-mailed him everyday, showed him a map of where he lived, and also showed him that I could be knocking on his door within on hours drive of my house.

I also did what you've done, bring attention to the fact that certain people can't be trusted.

I got my money back.

Sometimes things can get mislaid or delyaed for a number of reasons, i understand your situation Linz as its back up for sell again.
And that is naughty.

Postage can sometimes take a while to organise, some peopel need to realise that your ?5 wiper arm youve bought might not take presidence in the others life, i know they should get it off straight away but things do come up.

Try to be diplomatic and a little patient and ask the seller to be honest, thats the best way to settle problems easily.

Well i have waited 3 weeks now and when i e-mail him i have no reply.
I am quite shocked as i have had no other problems before now this had delayed getting my car done but i am going to have to go ahead without the grill as i am putting the bumpers in to be painted tonight and hopefully fitted this week.

deffo should have boxed it... wrapped a few times in bubble wrap and then folded some cardboard around it, and then wrapped in bubble wrap again another few layers.

if you are posting stuff to people when they have already paid for it you really should make sure it gets to them in perfect condition.

And i think it is strange how two weeks after i was supposed to have it i sent u numerous e-mails and pm's and i had no reply till i named and shamed you then i got a result but you obviously just thought you would send the grill as it was to me in bubble wrap???? you might as well of sent it normall without nothing.
