My old PNG Stickers

Since moving house/ packing up garages/ restoring the car/ new windscreen I seem to have missed layer my club stickers I had on the windscreen. Oddly I still have my tax disc holder, lol
Is they a way of getting the old ones again?

I had my original all white one from 2002
white one with black boarder
blue one with black boarder.
yellow one with black boarder

any help would be greatly appreciated
