It's a long shot, but does anyone know the owner of this Opel Corsa?
Opel Corsa RS TwinTurbo 1000Hp Test Launch Control 🚀 Owner Esad Dosljak - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXl9iMs3vq0&ab_channel=RacingGarageTV)
Esad Dosljak and/or Konopek Motorsport?
I'm interested in chatting to him about getting some rear arches in the same style, and an introduction would be useful.
Thanks
Nice looking thing, isn't it
Both Esad and Dario Konopek are on Facebook,
Esad owns the car, Dario built the original as far as I know, it’s evolved a fair bit since it was originally built

They definitely look like one off custom made parts, this post was from 2013

Thanks Bazil.
I’m not a user of Facebook, and I’ve failed to find an E-mail address for Konopek Motorsport.
I did discover that the body panels appear to have been made by Draptec dp.rs
It may therefore be a total non-starter as that’s a Russian website. Although the company has a Serbia address.
I need someone who can speak their language to a technical level. I’m looking for that person now.
Could try a Anthony Drosos if you are contact with him, he’s a friend of Esad on Facebook, even the contact info for Konopek is via Facebook with no external website or email address unfortunately

No, I don't know of Anthony Drosos, who is that?
I did speak to James Middleton at Relentless Performance and he has a welder/fabricator working for him who is Croatian, so that might work. Except that Esad is Serbian I believe. No idea if they share a language.

Just had a chat with Draptec in Serbia, massively helpful and fast to reply. They did indeed make the body panels for Esad's car back in 2013.
They were done as a one-off using carved foam, so there are no moulds from which they can produce more panels. Draptec don't think they would have been wide enough to suit my car anyway!
Oh well, on to other options next........
At least that avenue was fully explored though, many would have given up.
I may be in a similar boat to you at some point, I doubt the standard wide arch kit will cover the S3 width either

I never give up on these kind of pursuits :)
Colin, try Mark Skitmore, I think that’s his name, I spoke to him a few years ago about the national hotrod kit, he said he had the moulds somewhere at the back of his unit, if you can get on Facebook and ask on one of the National Hotrod pages someone will have his contact details

Thanks Jezz, a quick bit of Googling and I’ve found him. Boss Mouldings in Norfolk.
I’ll call tomorrow.

I enjoyed reading how far you got with this Serbian chap. Any luck so far Colin?

Hi Niek.
I’ve got no further forward in this yet.
as per Jezz’s (toymex) suggestion, I spoke on several occasions to Mark Skitmore, who does have the moulds for the Nova hot rod kit.
He promised to measure it all up for me and I’ve chased him several times. and finally today he rang me back. His kit measures 71 inches at the rear (arch lip to arch lip) so it's tight but it could be just wide enough for what I need.
He's going to work out the price and hopefully find me some photos of the kit fitted to a Nova, back in the day.

I like it Colin, I’m not sure what tyres you plan to use but these were probably designed for 13’s and they use a low profile tyre approx 20 inch diameter might be something to consider

Thanks Jezz. My rear tyres are 245/600 R13, so in old money that's 23.6 inch diameter, so you're right, that's certainly something to consider
