Here we are then, best way to learn mechanics, have a Zlet nova built for Santa pod next year.

Any tips would be appreciated cheers

Looks solid underneath! Any welding required at all, except strengthening?

mtec brakes 256mm drilled and grooved

Bigg red rebuild kit

Good as new

I've moved from a c20xe in my corsa b to a z20ler so any questions let me know and I'll try and help. One thing I'll say now is get a late c20xe square tooth bottom pulley so you can still retain the early c20xe v belt as you have no chance of squeezing the multi rib belt in there.

You can get the multi ribbed belt to fit. I used a astra front engine mount which is a bit wider than the nova and then used the standard C20XE front mount adapter. I saw this idea from a guy on Youtube Gary202 who did the same. Still dont know who he is tho. You just have to put a bigger spacer on the gearbox mounts. Fits with mm to spare but workable.
